Delivery and payment methods

We ship goods within the Czech Republic. Actual prices are quoted directly in the ordering process.

Goods are dispatched without undue delay, usually the day after receipt of order/payment, within 48 hours of order. Possibly by telephone agreement.

  

We send abroad, but only by prior agreement!

 

We strive to be environmentally friendly and behave as ecologically as possible, which is why we recycle packaging and fillers for product packaging.

However, we pack our products for you with love, so we go to great lengths to make sure that the boxes look as good as new as possible and are a pleasure to unpack for you.

If we can't find a suitable size among the used boxes or if we run out of old boxes, we will use new boxes. If you also reuse them, we will be very happy :)

Czech Post Parcel To Post: 109,- CZK + cash on delivery 45,- CZK;

Czech Post Package to hand: 129,- CZK + cash on delivery 45,- CZK;

DPD: 129,- CZK + 45,- cash on delivery;

Postage includes packing. The seller operates only an e-shop, not a brick-and-mortar store.

  

Delivery methods
1. Parcel delivery
You can have your parcel sent either to the Z-box or to the delivery point of the parcel delivery service. Parcels are usually delivered within 2-3 working days of submission.

You are informed about the movement of the package by SMS message and e-mail, in which you will also receive a code to pick up the package at the branch or Z-box. You can extend this period by 1 working day.

 

2. Czech Post Parcel to hand
Delivery of the parcel to your address usually within the second working day after submission.

The Czech Post informs you about the progress of the package via SMS and e-mail specified in the order. If the deliverer does not reach you at the address, the package is stored at the local post office for 7 days. A third party can pick up the package after presenting the code from the delivery note.

3. Balíkovna
Parcel to Balíkovna
Delivery to Balíkovna is the most cost-effective way of delivery from the Czech Post.

The Czech Post informs you about the progress of the parcel via SMS and e-mail specified in the order. The package can be picked up at branches of the Parcel Office, self-service boxes or at specialized counters of selected post offices on a priority basis, without unnecessary waiting. To pick up, you only need to provide your name and the code from the delivery note. The package is stored at the post office for 7 days and can be picked up by a third party upon presentation of the code from the receipt. You can pay by card at all Parcel Office counters.

The package is delivered via the Parcel Office to. Standard delivery is within 3 working days. When the parcel is dispatched, you will receive information by email, including the parcel's delivery number and pick-up code. On the day of delivery, the Czech Post will inform you in advance by e-mail and SMS about the exact time of delivery.

If you are not available and the courier cannot reach you on your contact phone, the package will be deposited at the nearest depot.

The order can be paid upon receipt of the parcel.

  

4. GLS
You can have your parcel sent to either GLS Parcel Shop or GLS Parcel Box. Delivery of parcels usually within 24 hours of submission.

You are notified of the movement of the package, after dispatch, by a message that the package is on its way and will be delivered the next working day. The message includes the package number and a link to the website where you can track the shipment or change the delivery parameters for free.

 

 

5. DPD courier
The package is delivered by DPD to the address. Standard delivery is within the next working day. When the parcel is dispatched, you will receive information by email, including the parcel's delivery number and a code for picking it up. On the day of delivery, DPD will inform you in advance by e-mail and SMS of the exact time of delivery.

If the courier cannot reach you, he will deposit the parcel at the nearest drop-off point where you can pick it up the same day.

 

6. Personal collection
It is possible to pick up the order after prior telephone agreement. The order can also be picked up by a third party.

  

 

Payment options

Bank transfer
Payment will be made before receipt of the goods on the basis of the order confirmation, where all the documents for payment are given. We process the order after receipt of payment. Orders whose payment is not received within 7 days are considered cancelled and the goods are reissued for sale.

 

Cash on delivery
You will only pay for your order when you take delivery of the package directly to the carrier.

 

Cash
Payment in cash is possible only upon personal collection in Slaný.
